Testing SAE case creation

Hi,

I would like to test SAE case creation. I have tried to generate a test alert for FAN0001 which should (probably) trigger SAE to generate a case but nothing happend. Our servers are in warranty.

Network test and SupportAssistEnterpriseTest are all in green colours.

Any tips?
