TechDirect and phone support

Hi! 

I work as an IT-rep at a school in Södertälje. We are buying your products and could earlier order support via phone. We were later visited by a support person who fixed our problems, swithing motherboards or screens. 

From what I understand we now need to order the same support via an online-form? From what I learned from the Swedish support-agent I just spoke to, we need to complete some sort of training to be able to do that? The agent sent me a link, according to that link the next tech-direct-course starts the 12th of september, is that correct or am I missing something? 

Can we still perform support-requests via phone?

Hi Anders,

sorry, for that late reply to your request. I guess you already got an answer somewhere else.

But to make sure you got the answer also from our site, yes, you're still allowed to open cases via Phone.

Hi Stefan!

As u guessed, I´ve already gotten the reply elsewhere, it was just that the whole municipality was wondering the same thing. So a bit stressed. But now we´re all chill. I have completed the training for self-dispatch and the whole system seems very well organized.

me again ^^

I forgot to answer your question regarding the certification to do the self-dispatch in TechDirect.

To enable yourself to do a self-dispatch you need to do the Client and/or Enterprise course followed by an assessment with a passing score of 80%. After you passed this you are able to create a self-dispatch.

In TechDirect go to Services --> Self-Dispatch, you will find some tiles there one is called Get Authorized follow this to start the certification path.
