T340&W2k8R2&USB3

Hi! Is it possible to install the USB 3.0 drivers on the Dell EMC Poweredge T340 under Windows Server 2008 R2 x64? I tried all available drivers, none are installed. Apparently some kind of magic is required. Can anyone come across, tell me. Thanks for the answer.
