Please uninstall the older version. You can download the exe and the User Guide in the below link.
Refer Managing Personal Devices section if you are an End User. Refer Managing Business Devices Section if you are managing IT department in a company.

The file supportassistagent.msi file is not present in my laptop. I need this file. How do I get it?
This Dell Support Assist Agent, instead of being helpful, is a real pain. There have been so many complaints about it. Why is nothing being done about it?
