SupportAssistAgent is not working
I cannot run the feature Optimize My System in SupportAssist.
The reason could be I have a corrupted version of SupportAssistAgent installed on my PC (1.2.1.31) which I cannot remove.
Even if I installed SupportAssist 2.0.6875.668 this old piece of SupportAssistAgent is still there.
How can I fix this issue?

Hi Davide.Pandini,
Optimize My System functionality in SupportAssist only works when System has SupportAssist & SupportAssistAgent 2.0 builds installed.
In your system SupportAssistAgent 1.2.x.x build installed that is very old and doesn't support Optimize functionality. I would advise you to connect you system with active internet and try to run SupportAssistAgent Auto Update task manually.
In case problem still exist then please contact DELL Technical Support team.
