SupportAssist v2.0.6875.668 launches, but will not Optimize my System

SA was recently updated on 5 T3500 Workstations (with various Windows OSs).  On 1 2012 R2 host, the Optimize My System tile in unavailable.  On the other 4 hosts, the OMS tile is available, but neither [Run All] or any [Run Now] buttons function.  Note:  the buttons change state to 0%, but never any further (I've let the machines sit all night).  The only option I appear to have is [Cancel].  Please advise.

Hi RickRockwell,

Can you check SupportAssistAgent application is installed on your system where Optimize My System tile is unavailable.

In case you are facing Optimize My System task get stuck at 0% for long time then close the UI and stop & start Dell SupportAssistAgent windows services and run the Optimize My System task again.

Dell Team,

I also have the same issue.  I did close out the UI, stop and started the service for Support AssistAgent.  Any of the tools are getting stuck at 0% still. Any more advice would be greatly appreciated.

The same thing happens with this version on any Dell OptiPlex 3050.

Can you see on that system where OMS is unavailable what version of DELL SupportAssistAgent installed.
