SupportAssist Network Connectivity tests...

Yesterday my SupportAssist server, which is a Hyper-V VM, gave me an error where the SupportAssistOMEConnectorAdapter was taking 100% CPU. I restarted that service and all was ok after, but I looked around in the web interface and I see under Network Connectivity tests, that the SMTP Server test constantly says IN PROGRESS. The SMTP server I am using for this SupportAssist software is installed on the same server. Its a Windows 2012-R2 SMTP server. How do I get that to state CONNECTED, how can I get the IN PROGRESS to clear?

trogers,

Any luck on getting the status to clear on SMTP test or is it still showing in progress?

Normally when you restart the SupportAssist Service, the status should reset.

Thank You.
