SupportAssist layout revamped or I installed the wrong ver?

Hi all, 

The SupportAssist that preinstalled in my laptop stopped working last week. Therefore, I downloaded the latest version (v 2.2.1.23).

However in the new version, the layout is very different and there are some missing features. Most notable are the System Info feature (missing) and the scan results are very brief in the new version.

I would like to know if this is indeed due to layout revamp in the latest version or I installed/register my SupportAssist wrongly? Anyone else experienced this?

More info:

- I don't know which version I had originally. It was preinstalled in my laptop, which was bought in Nov 2017.

- I  can't upload screenshot here. I will try to describe how both look like.

- The original version's homepage has 4 different coloured tiles (blue, green, grey and light green) for Checkup, System Info, Get Support and Drivers & Download respectively.

- The new version has the homepage menu's arranged horizontally with fonts and icons in grey color, white background.
