SupportAssist is unable to start the adapter service

Hello,

I am trying to set Up an Adapter in Support Assist Enterprise but i keep gething this error message.

SupportAssist is unable to start the adapter service.

Ensure that the installation of the adapter was successful and the configuration file has the correct required values.

Error Code: SA-20115

Strange thing is that it did work on another instalation of SAE and OMEnterprise. when i wnat to type in the values needed everything is already filled in Even when i start this on a newly installed VM.

is it only possible to run once instance of SAE and OME?

please advise
