SupportAssist Enterprise interface - not working

Hello all,

I've installed SupportAssist Enterprise 4.0 via vSphere but the web interfaces is inaccessible. When I trying to troubleshoot the problem, I've facing with the following:

  
server01:~ # docker exec -it saede-app /bash
OCI runtime exec failed: exec failed: container_linux.go:345: starting container process caused "exec: \"/bash\": stat /bash: no such file or directory": unknown
server01:~ # systemctl restart supportassist
Failed to restart supportassist.service: Unit supportassist.service failed to load: No such file or directory.

Can someone help me, please?
