SupportAssist Download Freeze
Alienware M17xR4 Windows 10 Home, 64 Bit
SupportAssist Version 1.3.6855.61
My laptop works perfectly, except that when I try to download the update to SupportAssist that the installed SA application wants to install, the download freezes around 90% downloaded. I've tried dozens of times with the same result, and also recently restored this laptop to original configuration, did all of the automatic Windows and Dell updates, etc.
The download freeze occurs before and after my recent reset. It's more of an irritation than anything as my the PC runs great, but would like to be able to run a more recent version of SupportAssist.

Have you tried to download the latest version of SupportAssist for Pc's and Tablets from the Dell Published link?
Else Can you try to download the latest version from this link.

Have you tried to download the latest version of SupportAssist for Pc's and Tablets from the Dell site?
If not can you try to download the latest version from this link.

Once I uninstalled the existing version, aulauncher.exe did work. I'm not able to download/update through the SupportAssist application, but am able to uninstall and do a clean install. Thanks for your help.
