SupportAssist Device Inventory not up to date

I recently configured SupportAssist and successfully connected it to OME. All active Dell devices were pulled into the SA device list. Several key devices are successfully being monitored and tickets opened when an issue occurs. So everything appears to be functioning.

Three days ago, I added a new discovery range in OME, and we have a server that is reporting RAID controller issues.  I want to get this server setup in SA, but the newly discovered devices in OME are only partially populated in SA.

How can I force an updated and refresh the SA device list? Is there a maximum device list that I may have exceeded (currently at 99 devices in SA)? Does it matter if the iDRAC user in OME is not 'root'?

Matt thank you for providing the log records.

The R710 systems are 11G servers and they were shipped with iDRAC6.  SupportAssist only supports iDRAC7 and iDRAC8 on PowerEdge 12G and 13G servers respectively.

In order to manage the R710 systems, you will have to discover them using the OS IP and it is highly recommended that you install OMSA on these systems to leverage the enhanced level of diagnostics/reporting it supports.

I think I may have found something.  In the logs there are several entries that R710 (11g) iDRACs are not compatible with SupportAssist and were removed from the list.

Can someone point me in the right direction to a complete list of compatible systems and versions?

Thank you Dave. Based on that matrix, the R710 should definitely be available in SupportAssist.
