SupportAssist and RDP
Hello,
We're unable to install any drivers via Dell SupportAssist when we RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) to a machine on the network. On the same machine if login at the device, Dell SupportAssist allows us to install drivers.
Please advise any solutions for this.

@DELL-Chris M , not being able to install driver/BIOS updates using a remote session (RDP) is super annoying. Is there any plan to allow this?

I need to agree. This is a serious limitation that I recall earlier this year was not an issue. I used it to update computers all over my organization because they had not been maintained properly. Now, we are having to send people all over to login and press a button...
