Support Assist for Business Pcs MST Configuration File

After I configure the settings on tech direct and it creates a deployment package the MST config file doesn't seem to pull the settings I configured on tech direct.  I need to have the ability for admins to install and update drivers when running SupportAssist.  The option is grayed out even if SupportAssist is launched as an admin.  Does anyone have the settings for the MST file that would enable the option for admins to install driver updates?
