Support Assist Enterprise - unable to add a valid Proxy Server

Hi,

We've installed SupportAssist Ent v2 on CentOS 7 virtual machine with Proxy Server for internet connection.

Problem:

1. Unable to add the valid Proxy Server IP address and port (valid proxy server is also used by SRS for storage)

2. Error encountered while performing test on the 

    - ERROR com.dell.supportassist.common.utils.connectivity.TestConnectivityUtils- 213 - 

     javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException

     at sun.security.ssl.SSLSocketImpl.handleEOF(SSLSocketImpl.java:1364) ~[?:1.8.0_265]

     at sun.security.ssl.SSLSocketImpl.decode(SSLSocketImpl.java:1205) ~[?:1.8.0_265]

3. Another question:

   - can we install SSL on CentOS VM for added security? If yes, how? can you provide guide on it.
