Support Assist Enterprise High CPU

As you can see it is hogging cpu and has been doing for quite some time.

Any ideas why?

Hi,

can you login to the WebGUI and check if there are tasks going on, like processing collection or something like that?
If not, restart the service and see if it soles this.

same issue after this weeks windows updates were applied from MS.  2012r2 o/s here...   please advise.

Same problem with SAE 2.0.80.25 and OMSA 10.2.0.0 on Win2k16.

SAE has generated last week more than 200GB logs.
