Secure Connect Gateway entry base

Hello Team, 

we have deployed a new SCG 5.1 and configure 2 devices, we don't have any during this installation but the SN of SCG can't appear on our base lightning and when we check the device on support.dell.com, the connectivity appear missing. Are there a Kb or something around this issue or I need to open a ticket IBGroup to create the entry

Hello pondo, unfortunately, I can't see screenshots in your post. Could you reupload them again? You can check knowledge base articles after selecting application edition or virtual edition version  from here https://dell.to/3MVkmpJ

 

but if these articles do not help, I recommend to you open a ticket.
