[SAE 4.00.05.30] Update Failed
Hello,
I launch my SAE yesterday, the banner appeard and say me to "Download now" update 4.00.05.30
Download seems to be OK.
Today, i launch my SAE, the banner appeard and say me to "Update Now", sadly when i click on "Update now", i get this error :
Update Failed
SupportAssis Enterprise Systems could not update.
This error message is not very useful
How can i get more logs to know what is the problem ? Have you got this problem too ?

The applicaion logs dont realy shed much light on this sadly

Hello,
Its clearly mentioned on their website that if you want to upgrade the version from 2.x to 4.X then you have to manually download the files to the local folder and then install it.
