SAE 2.0.30.38 CPU maxing out

Hello, We've had an issue with SAE since 1.x.x where the CPU will be maxed out after a few days of leaving the service enabled. Its always the SupportAssistService that is the culprit. In the Application.log in C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssist\logs, I see that the day the CPU usage starts to pick up, the logs balloon massively (5+ GBs). In the log I'm seeing errors like this over and over again. Hi, did you fix this?

 

I'm with similar problem, im having the error below and my log size is over 50GB and CPU 50% used by SupportAssist.
