SA-9035 : Monitoring capability cannot be verified because the SNMP trap destination is not configured on the device.
We are currently getting the error mentioned in the subject "SA-9035 : Monitoring capability cannot be verified because the SNMP trap destination is not configured on the device." I have also noticed in the logs that we are getting the following error: " [SAE-ValidateInventoryPostIdentification-Queue-Processor-1] ERROR com.dell.supportassist.common.snmp.executor.IDRACTestTrapExecutor- 97 - Problem while sending Test Trap command request, Exception caused due to [Given iDRAC is not supported; 12G or greater iDRAC required to set events/alerts destination]" We are running SAE 2.0.21.93 and running iDrac version 3.31.31.31 on XC640-12, XC-740xd-12, XC740xd-24 Core. This feature has never worked for us. The SAE and iDracs are on the same network and all required firewall ports are open. Any guidance or help would be appreciated.

Hi MCGMU,
this sounds like a known issue regarding the actual SAE version and will be fixed with the next major update. Until then I recommend downgrading the iDRACs firmware to 3.21.21.21. You may try this with just one of the systems to see if it works fine, then downgrade the others.
For now, I do not have an ETA for the new release.
Cheers
Stefan
