sa-9035 can't get the local server to work with SupportAssist

I have a Dell R720 running Windows Server 2019 Standard and I have supportassist installed on this server. 5 other servers were added just fine, including 2 R710's and 3 PE950's. But the local server gives a SA-9035 error. I have run the manual config of SNMP via the WindowsSNMPConfig.ps1, and it said it was successful, but then said Error 5000_0 (which I can't find anywhere). Since this is on the system that SupportAssist is installed on, not sure how the firewall could affect it. I'm at a loss. What else is there to check?
