SA-9025 when adding the server ServerAssistEnterprise is installed on W2019
I have 7 servers on a local network, all Windows Server 2019. I installed SAE on a Dell R720xd. When I add the server that I installed SAE on, I'm getting the SA-9025 error:
Monitoring Capability
- The credential account assigned to the device does not have superuser privileges.
- The IP address of the device may have changed.
- Networking sharing is disabled on the device.
- Ensure that the credential account assigned to the device has superuser privileges.
- Ensure that the IP address of the device is correct in SupportAssist Enterprise.
SNMP settings of the device could not be configured because of an unexpected error.
You must manually configure the SNMP settings of the device. For instructions to manually configure the SNMP settings, see "Configuring the alert (SNMP trap) destination" in the User's Guide
Error Code : 5000_8
I attempted to run the SNMP script, to no result. I can't seem to find a Traps tab under Services and the SNMP service. Perhaps it is located somewhere else?
5 other servers were added just fine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
