Remote Support Agent v1.3 not recognized
Hi Team, I'm a Partner CE and Installed the New Remote Support Agent v1.3 to dial in via connectivityhub
In my laptop and services the Remote Support Agent v1.3 is installed and was installed as Admin privilege's but every time I Try the Remote Support I get the Message:
Remote Support Agent is not installed in your machine. Sign In to Secure Connect Gateway - Virtual Edition Product on Dell Product Support to download and install the latest "Remote Support Agent v1.3". Post successful installation of the Remote Support Agent, please reload the page and click Remote Support tab to verify remote session readiness.
* Sign In is required to view and download the agent. If you are not signed in to Dell Product Support then the "Remote Support Agent v1.3" will not be listed for download.
Already refreshed and rebooted the laptop and I cant understand what is the problem.
Did anybody faced this issue?
