recent errors

Recently started getting this error; not sure what I need to do about it...

Hello,

We attempted to add devices today. However, the following errors occurred. SupportAssist must be able to communicate with these devices in order to provide the greatest value. Please resolve the issues below to complete the device add process.

 
SupportAssist Host :  TPA-FS-2019.TPDomain.local
Service Tag :  B1xxxx
Added by Service Tag Host
Single Device / Discovery Rule B1xxxx TPA-Hypervisor 
SA-0005: SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to add the device TPA-Hypervisor because an attempt to connect to the device is unsuccessful.

Hey there,

you say it recently started. Were there any changes to the machine?

Credentials changed, IP changed, the name changed ... anything related to this?

What if you try to discover it again manually?
