OMSA Not Installed , server parts reserve disabled (Ersatzteilversandpräferenzen in SupportAssist Enterprise)

Dear All,

we have on going problems with the OMSA option on three of our servers. In addition to this there is the message that the parts preferences are disable (Ersatzteilversandpräferenzen in SupportAssist Enterprise).

They were already installed and maintained a second time by Dell engineers, but a few weeks later the same error appears again.

OMSA is installed, no automatic or manual updates are installed (dell and Windows), but OMSA is not working as expected.

Two of the servers are our main Hyper-V Cluster and the third one is the Backup for it, running Hyper-V AND Veeam. So these are our main server systems including its Backup.

Anyone who is able to help with a stable installation???
