OME adapter isnt working anymore / general discussion about SA

Hello there,

I am using OME 3.5.0 (Build 60) and SA 4.00.06.00

 

We had, in the past year, a few critical events on our servers, which were linked with OME (and sync with SA).

SA never successfully opened a case for us whereas all the checks are green on SA.

I have a red cross now here :

But when clicking on it, all services are green.

 

The OME adapter shows connected but don't sync anything. When running manual sync, it just runs forever doing nothing and I have to reboot SA.

 

In previous versions, SA was : 1 application service, 1 database service.

1 log file per service, 2 logs files total.

Now, SA is 2 dockers running multiple different services and log files everywhere.

Log files are just java things that are useless for debug.

Also some log files just don't rotate, about 4GB+ of java meaningless stuff.

 

Why are you doing such complicated things for such a simple service : create tickets for us in case of critical events.

We don't want more. We want something that does its job, not a fancy docker not working thing.

 

Please go the "easy and efficient" road and stop playing with fun technology that just make things complicated and not working.
