No case being created because of "WarrantyStatus: UnknownWarranty" while device
Hello,
A Dell Poweredge R630 is sending a SNMP trap to OME (which sends a trap to SAE), if I check the application logs the trap is received and qualifies for case creation:
29 Apr 2020 17:13:27,068 [pool-35-thread-1] INFO com.dell.supportassist.alertmanager.filter.SnmpTrapConsumer- 100 - Alert qualifies for case creation, and so adding to SnmpTrapsForProcess queue
But no case is created, also no supportassist alert in techdirect, when I look a bit deeper in the logs I see the following, wich is remarkable because it's still in warranty if I look up the ServiceTag:

When I send test traps (FAN0001 for example) on another device a case is created, and an alart shows up in TechDirect.
Has anyone encountered this before, or does anyone know how to solve this issue?
