My dissatisfaction with Dell Support and Warranty

On June 14th, I had a user who's laptop a Dell Inspiron 5570 model, started giving a Hard Drive is not Recognized error at boot up. I contacted Dell Support and after going the the elementary script of things to check, they confirmed to replace the Hard Drive. So a tech was dispatched and he comes out with a HD and installed it. Still showing the same error. He called dispatched to report the part didn't work. They give the Dell Tech the same elementary script to check and still the same results. So the determined it needs an image installed. Well NORMAL when there's a HD issue, Dell either sends an IMAGED HD or the means to load the HD back to factory specs. Not the case here! So now they look and said oh you need the SSD HD not the regular one replaced. Now I have to wait a few more days so the Dell Tech can get that part. He receives the part and comes in install. Guess what!? SAME ISSUE!!! Blank SSD HD. So the same routine with Dell Dispatch, running through the same ELEMENTARY SCRIPT of checks, the conclusion, send ANOTHER SSD IMAGED this time! Wait AGAIN for parts to get to Tech and he comes out with another NEW SSD HD, GUESS WHAT.... NO IMAGE and STILL getting the same error!!! He call AGAIN to let them know and ONCE AGAIN they sent him through the same BS as before with checking. By this time, I'm furious!!! I request to talk to a Manager on the matter. Some one replied the next day and tried to get me to go back through the SAME ELEMENTARY BS they took the Dell Tech through!!! I stopped him in his tracks and told him LOOK, I've been a tech for over 27yrs and this whole process of your is utterly ridiculous! It's been THREE TIMES you all tried an HD and got the same results EACH TIME!!! Either you get someone out to FIX this because I've purchased ONSITE SUPPORT on this thing or REPLACE THIS LAPTOP!!! They give me some BS about how old it is. I don't care because Dell offered ONSITE EXTENDED WARRANTY on the laptop, they should HONOR the contract that they agreed upon.... ONSITE SUPPORT!!! But Noooo, now after THREE tries, I'm directed to MAIL IN this laptop for service!!! RIDICULOUS!!! It's been nearly a MONTH this computer has been down!!! I AM NOT PLEASED ONE BIT WITH DELL OR THEIR SUPPORT TEAM!!! AND don't send me to your FOREIGN SUPPORT GROUP to help on this matter. That's were it all started, they are USELESS!!!
