Log4j Remediation

Hello Dell Support,

We currently have SupportAssist  Enterprise version 2.0.70.93 installed on some machines and we noticed it is using log4j v2.13.3.

Is Dell planning too or already have a version of SupportAssist Enterprise that utilizes Log4J v2.15 or greater? How should we proceed in mitigating against the log4j vulnerability?

Same I'm looking for a solution. Dell has to release an update on this at some point soon...

We are on Business SA version that is all cloud hosted, no on-premise appliance or services. I've had no luck in getting an answer from Dell Support if we are at risk.

When scanning Dell SA folders I am not finding any Log4J or other Jar libraries hoping that means we are safe. Since we have Support Assistant installed on everyone of our assets.
