Identification or cancellation for this device is already in progress

Trying to add a N2048 F switch to support assist enterprise 

I have added one switch and the second one is continually giving this error 

I have rebooted etc 

Cant find anywhere to clear this and restart 

Looking at reinstalling at this point

Hi,

have you tried to restart the SupportAssist service already? This may help.

If not, the reinstallation of SAE will solve the issue.
