How to get a list of SRS end of life customers

Dear community, i'm a bit lost in the different dashboards we have in managing the ESRS and SCG versioning, for example:

https://powerbiprodnew.dell.com/BAPrdGrdReports/powerbi/gbl_acct_mgmt_services/AMS%20OPS/Connectivity%20Adoption%20and%20Attrition/PSP%20Tracker%20Connectivity%20Adoption%20and%20Attrition

or

https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/apps/e8c48dca-672b-43bd-b8f6-edd32dcf7378/reports/b6d6a981-3778-44e0-8b01-9761c37ceaa9/ReportSection?ctid=945c199a-83a2-4e80-9f8c-5a91be5752dd

the question is, which is the best option to list all customers reaching the Support for Secure Remote Services end of service life on 15 June 2023?

thanks

fabrizio

Hi,

for this question, you should contact our sales department.

Do you have any other questions?

No, this reply is not connected to the question. The ask is to get the list of the customers (for a specific area or for a specific SAM) that are going to go EOSL with the actually used version of SRS. As mentioned we have several resources, but I need some guidance to extract the right data from there.

Hello lombaf,

The information I can find on EOSL date June 15th, 2023 is in this document.

Integration Data Protection Appliance: Compatibility with Secure Connect Gateway (SCG)

https://dell.to/41qOQXC

I am unable to access the links you posted  with warning:

Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

I don't know of a way to parse your customer base for installed version.

That will likely be some internal tool, if it is available.

I might recommend, since you are internal Dell, you can use internal channels and work with the Systems Management team.
