How can I log a bug on the SAfB console

I am having trouble loading the device list in SAfB and looking at the browser debugger can see it's an issue with the code running on Dell's servers.

How can I log this with the SAfB team direct? I tried doing so via the normal support team but they couldn't understand the issue and kept wanting me to reinstall the client on the machine!

Hello,

 

When SupportAssist for Business (Enterprise) ended and was replaced by Secure Connect Gateway  

 

I'm not sure they would be updating retired software but I can report it.
