Hi feifei33,

what is the actual iDRAC firmware that is installed on your system and also the version of SupportAssist?
Are there other systems discovered successfully?
Which way do you use to discover the system?

Have you checked the network ports list here - this could help to find the right ports?

Thanks and cheers
Stefan

HI Stefan R

Thanks your message, idrac-9 firmware is 3.30.30.30 and 3.21.21.21 for R440 and 740. also i using rule to add all device and i am sure that password were all the same. SAE version is  2.0.10.13

some of device was successfully but idrac firmware without is 3.30.30.30 were unsuccessfully is SAE 2.0.10.13 cannot support this firmware because idrac firmware 3.21.21.21 can add into SAE and created auto case .

Hi feifei33,

sounds interesting - haven't heard about this so far.

Could you please do me a favor and downgrade one of the affected iDRAC to 3.21.21.21 and check if this system can be added successfully?

If it works, I recommend downgrading them all (for now) until we have an updated iDRAC firmware. Seems to be related to that version. I don't think that it is a SupportAssist issue.

Thanks
Stefan
