Get Support - RemoteAssist customization/enable?
Am I missing something, or are you not able to customize the Get Support tab within SupportAssist?
On top of that, can the Start a remote session do something other than say There is no active Dell RemoteAssist session?
Is there a way we can run a RemoteAssist instance to either create an alert/email or interface with something?
