G7 17 7700

I tried turning on my laptop but the screen did not display anything. I could hear the fans spinning and the Caps Lock turning on and the num lock Keeps flashing as well. I tried searching the service manual and did a L-BIST and it gave me 2 amber and 8 white indicating a LCD power rail failure. Is there a way to fix this! If yes, please let me know asap
