Failure in device's monitoring capability: SA-9025

I have been trying to add a device (Windows Server 2019 Standard). I was able add the device successfully, Connectivity & Collection Capability are appears in Green. But Monitoring Capability shows in Red and it suggests the below steps. ========================= SA-9025 : SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to verify the monitoring capability because: 1.The credential account assigned to the device does not have superuser privileges. 2.The IP address of the device may have changed. 3.Networking sharing is disabled on the device. Remediation : Perform the following: 1.Ensure that the credential account assigned to the device has superuser privileges. 2.Ensure that the IP address of the device is correct in SupportAssist Enterprise. ===================================================================== --> Support Assist Server : Virtual Machine & Windows 2019 standard server --> Remote Client : Dell PowerEdge R730xd & Windows 2019 Standard --> SA server & Remote client both are in same network --> I used the local user credentials which is a member of Administrator I will try to attach a error snapshot as well.
