Exception occurred while triggeringing updates

Hi,

There are a few sets of commands to execute to troubleshoot the issue. Previously did you manage to update SCG with no issues? Or this is the first time. What SCG version are upgrading from? Are you using any proxy in SCG? If no can you run:
