Error while adding Unity

Hello all; on SupportAssist Enterprise 4.0.5 we tried to add device (under Manage Devices) as Unity or Unisphere. But it couldn't find device.

It says as error: "if you connect to this device through SupportAssist you will have limited access to its data." but after that error we get same Add Device screen again and we couldnt add devices.

Is there another way to add Unity or Unisphere to SupportAssist?

Can you help us please?

Hello... I'm having the same problem. We need Dell Team to guide us on how to handle this.
