Please try the following steps, we need to increase the timeout value for the service, it worked for a few of our customers
1. Open registry (Start menu -> regedit.exe) 2. Navigate to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control” 3. Create a key "ServicesPipeTimeout" of type dword. 4. Put in a decimal value of 180000. 5. Restart the system. 6. NOTE Make sure it’s not default type and it’s type "dword"

This solution did not help at all. Did the registry fix but still get the same error. I am on a Dell w. Window 7 Home premium XPS 8300. DK910R1
