error in connectivity test.
Hello,
Can anyone tell why i am getting this error in connectivity test. I can access the dell site and also can resolve the same.
However, It is showing "connected to Dell EMC" and on the health page, it is also showing green for below.
Dell EMC Enterprise servers - 4 0
Dell EMC Global access servers - 36 0
So not sure why on connectivity test, it is throwing an error ..any idea ?

we have a ticket for the same error.
Support has commented that it is a "SAE" error.
SAE connects to ESRS servers, shows no disconnects, and "Collection" tests complete without error, and are visible to the system in DELL. even if the internet, SMTP and Global and Enterprise server tests show "error".
cosmetic error, and they would be scaling the case with Development.
Tomorrow we have a session with support, and hopefully it will be resolved.

we keep encountering the same error. Opened SR# , seems abandoned nobody is responding since 11/12/20. Please help

Any update on the issue ? it is pending since long
