Error Code: SA-20020 Attempting to Set Up Adapter

I am trying to setup and configure OpenManage Essentials 2.4.0.930 and SupportAssist Enterprise 1.20.1.20. When setting up the Adapter within SupportAssist Enterprise I am given the error: SA-20020 which means the Management Group credentials are incorrect, however this is AFTER the Dell EMV SupportAssist Enterprise OME is installed.

The user account used is a domain account, which has been added to the local administrator account on the server, as well as the OmeAdministrators group.

So I would like to find out exactly what credential or permission is incorrect, if the service can be installed and started, but still be given an invalid credentials error message.
