Enable PowerEdge M1000e NICs

hello, I have a problem in the blade chassis, currently I have installed 4 servers with 2 Nics in A and 2 Nics in B, which the first Nic of A is not sending data only receiving. In this NIC the IPs of the servers that are installed in the Chassis Blade are Associated, consequently to this I get a report to my email that the servers are not connected. Please if you could help me re-activate the NIC 1A. Thanks
