Does SupportAssist for Business install driver updates automatically?

I'm trying to understand the driver update functionality of SupportAssist for Business.  The documentation and settings indicate that it will check for driver updates on a scheduled basis, but it doesn't say whether it installs available updates automatically. 

I see an option for Prosupport Plus users to remotely initiate updates from techdirect, but for Prosupport (not plus) do driver updates not get installed unless we touch each pc and manually run support assist?

From Dell Support:

So unfortunately, the documentation is clear as mud on this particular topic.
I actually confirmed with our engineers that it currently does not support automatic updates of the drivers, firmware, bios and such.

"It does not automatically check and download updates, but it provides recommendations of drivers in SATD portal after a successful scheduled scan. Their IT admin on TD portal should review recommendations then perform remote action to trigger driver updates on the user end. End user can also run updates if SA UI is enabled, and they have the necessary system privileges."
