SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to add the device redacted because the device credentials are incorrect.

Error Code : SA-0030

The device was added manually with a Credential Profile with an iDRAC credential.

I verified the username/password works when logging in to the iDRAC manually.

I've tried re-applying the credential profile to the device. didn't help.

I've tried resetting iDRAC from the Maintenance > Diagnostics page. didn't help.

There was no change in network config/ip address of the device.

I'm using Dell SAE 4.00.05.30

Any ideas/advice?

Thanks!
