Dell support assist won't open

Hello,

I've got Inspiron 7567 which is testing my patience and i wanted to do Dell test on it but it's saying i need Dell supportassist, so i downloaded it, open and there was window saying "Downloading and installing", it reached 100%, closed and nothing happened.

Still can't do any tests and no Dell app under Programs but on Programs and features there's Dell Supportassist.

My OS is Windows 10 PRO.

Can anyone encountered such problem?

Update: somehow i managed to start support assist (it showed me some popup with guarantee and i clicked it) and it's registered to my laptop but on web page there's still information i need support assist application.

Thanks

HI ,

Thanks for you query.

Here is the link for the application (ofcourse there are multiple link published)

www.dell.com/.../support-center

On this link please refer the Managing Personal Devices Section.

Review the SupportAssist documentation for more details, in the same section

You can contact Dell Tech Support for more help.

Thanks

Kusuma.

Hi, everything works fine now, after few days it magically appeared on desktop and lauching correctly. Still your website can't see my support assist installed but i can do tests localy so it won't matter.

Thank you for feedback.

Guy from Dell came in Friday and changed my RAM and said that should do.

I used the RMB(Right Mouse Button) and Open as Administrator.
