Dell EMC connectivity issue: XX.XX.XX.XX- 3 test(s) failed
I am having ongoing Internet connectivity issues with my SupportAssist Enterprise VMWare appliances. I get the following alerts nightly:
This message is to inform you of the connectivity test(s) that failed today. These failures indicate that SupportAssist's key functionality is interrupted. It is important that you correct the failure errors as detailed below:
SupportAssist Host : |
XX.XX.XX.XX |
Service Tag : |
N/A - Not Applicable |
Tests failed : |
3 |
Test Type |
Issue |
Internet |
SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to resolve the DNS address of the Internet. |
Enterprise Servers |
SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to verify the connection status because a connection could not be established within the predefined time limit. |
Global Access Servers |
SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to verify the connection status because a connection could not be established within the predefined time limit. |
For more information about the issue, go to Admin -> Network Connectivity Test page in SupportAssist Enterprise.
The connectivity tests fail. If I reboot the appliance that will USUALLY fix the issue for about 3 days then it returns. Does anyone have a fix for this?
Thank you.

Hello, I have the same problem, the virtual machine does not lose access to internet, only SupportAssist stops working and generates the alert, I solve this by restarting the virtual machine and then running the tests, this problem occurs approximately every 7 days.
SupportAssist version: 4.00.06.00
