collection failed in processing

Hi,

please advise for the following,

SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to upload the file information collected from X because the collection failed in processing.

To retry the collection and upload of system information, select the device and click Start Collection. If the problem persists, contact Dell Technical Support for assistance.

Error Code : SA-4529

does someone got a workaround or a  way to resolve this case error?
