Can't get pass the proxy setting page.
I have successfully applied the upgrade and logging in ok to complete the setup. The first step is to setup a proxy. We I don't use an internet proxy and it wouldn't allow ne to continue. I've test network connectivity and firewall outbound blocks, all looks good and clear.
No Events found!

We ran into the same issue yesterday, and are actively working with Dell Support to resolve it. Based on what they've done for us today, it looks as though they have a workaround for it, but the details of that workaround may not yet be readily available to all of their support engineers.
If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend reaching out to Dell Support, so they'll know your site is impacted, and can work towards providing you with the resolution when it becomes available!

Also experiencing the same problem. It looks like the docker that is running on the secure gateway connect overlaps with the firewall network. Also opened ticket.

Just got this update from Support.
(Dell Support Tech) I’ve consulted with team leads and have been told at this time there is not a fix for this issue, the engineering team is working on it.
They recommend reverting to the snapshot of the SRS VM that was taken before the update and wait for Engineering to develop and publish a fix.

They just emailed me and asked:
Which upgrade were you attempting? Was it the upgrade to 3.52 or were you trying to upgrade to SCG 5.0?
Can you provide screenshots of what you are seeing?
Are you able to SSH to the VM still?
If so can you provide output of the following:
cat /etc/esrsclient.conf
service --status-all | grep esrs
df -h
uptime

I verified network connectivity to and from the Secure Connect Gateway. Verified no Firewall blocks outbound to the Internet and to the esrs-core.emc.com and esrs-coredr.emc.com. I can ping the internet from the console of the Secure Connect Gateway and do DNS resolution. I do have a case open that I should be getting a call in a few hours to have Dell Support look at it.

Support assisted me now.
The below command resolved the issue for my proxy no internet problem issue. All is working now.
Engineering team provided the following solution:
1- Login into SCG cli and execute the following to edit that timestamp:
2- Execute the below commands:

I ran the since-deleted commands in https://www.dell.com/community/Secure-Connect-Gateway/Can-t-get-pass-the-proxy-setting-page/m-p/8045072/highlight/true#M42 and they got me past that issue. Am I supposed to run anything else?

The command is the workaround for the proxy issue. I don't think there is anything else to run. Here's the documentation for the upgrade, page 11 for the process. https://dell.to/3FfvwCP
