After 5.14.00.10 update "This Site Can't be reached" via browser(s)
Anyone have an issue after updating to 5.14.00.10 that the WEB GUI is no longer reachable? is the port still 5700? Any commands I can run from the CLI of Appliance?

Hello, thank you, the post you refered to references troubleshooting steps and a link. That link doesn't work. The SCG is pingable and the appliance is up and I can logon to it. I just don't know what services to check on it.

JMACTJU,
With this being based on the newest version I would suggest that you call in to discuss with the SysMgmt/OpenManage group to help resolve the issue, as this is going to be hard to resolve without looking at logs and being able to access the shell to troubleshoot.

I have a similar issue - out of the 14 SCG instances we have, only 2 came up (WEB GUI) after the upgrade. The rest of the instances i had to restore from a snapshot - tried multiple times - even with the manual method via the CLI and no dice. Will just see if anyone posts a solution as it's a nightmare to even open support cases for SCG instances.

I opened up a ticket. Tier 2 believed it was a Certificate issue since our vCenter Cert did get updated. He wound up trying out a DB and Services rebuild by command line which basically rebuilt the appliance. He did not expect it to wipe out all my devices and settings. That did fix the app not working but I made decision of just manually typing in all the discovery settings and i'm back up and running. If I told him not to try the rebuild he would have had to escalate to tier 3 and see how to download the vCenter renewed self-sign cert.
