Access SupportAssist web interface from another computer?

Hello,

I installed SupportAssist Version  1.3.0.148 for Servers and I can't access the web interface from another computer, only from the server that I installed it.

I couldn't find in the configuration files something allowing localhost only.

Is it possible to make the web interface available from other computers in the same LAN?

Hello

You can access SupportAssist from a remote system only if port 2607 is open on the system where SupportAssist is installed.

You can use the following URL to access Support Assist

https://

installed>:2607/SupportAssist

Yes, that was the trick, port 2607 with https

Unfortunately I couldn't find this information in Dell's help center about SupportAssist

You will find this information in the Dell Support Assist for Servers 1.3 UG. Link: www.dell.com/.../Opening-the-SupportAssist-user-interface

You will also find this information from help option in the Support Assist for Servers 1.3 application
